It’s easy! Just head to the Free Trial Class link on our homepage, fill out the form, choose your location—and you’re all set. We’ll take care of the rest!

Comfortable play clothes and sneakers are perfect! No uniform is required for the trial—just come ready to move and have fun. ++ a water bottle to stay hydrated, a face towel, and optionally a change of clothes for after play.

Parent participation isn’t required, but it’s definitely encouraged—especially if it’s your child’s first time in a group setting. Having you nearby can help them feel more comfortable and confident as they get into the RSGK groove!

If your little one has a great time (and we think they will!), feel free to chat with our coaches—they’ll be happy to answer any questions or guide you through the enrollment process. You can also head straight to our website or social media pages to sign up when you're ready!

That’s totally normal—every child is different! Our experienced coaches are great at helping little ones feel welcome and gradually join in at their own pace. In any case, our goal during the free trial is to give your child a chance to explore, play, and get a real feel for the RSGK environment. It’s the perfect opportunity to ease them into a group setting, build confidence, and see if they enjoy the activities—we’re here to support them every step of the way!
